West Coast Railway Company's heritage diesel-electric locomotive 37688 hauls a Kirow crane and support vehicles over the River Wey Navigation by Coxes Mill at Addlestone as train 6Z00 from Eastleigh to Hornsey. Another class 37 is at the rear. The two locomotives were made for BR by English Electric in the 1960s. The crane is modern and was made by Kirow Ardelt of Eberswalde in Germany. |

 20th September 2014. GBRf locomotive 66722 hauls engineering materials train 6G16 from Eastleigh to Feltham as it passes Coxes Mill at Addlestone. The first wagon in the train is an old type OCA 4-wheel vehicle. |

 20th December 2014. SR Merchant Navy class Pacific steam locomotive 35028 "Clan Line" takes a Belmond circular dining tour over the River Wey Navigation by Coxes Mill. This was train 1Y82 mostly made up of Pullman cars running from London Victoria through Staines, Woking and Guildford to a water stop at Shalford. From there it continued to London Victoria via Redhill. |

 17th December 2014. Relatively new GBRf diesel-electric locomotive 66755 tows two translator vehicles past Coxes Mill at Addlestone with train 5O08 from Ilford to Eastleigh. Earlier in the day this train had taken two EMUs from Eastleigh to Ilford and this move was returning the translator vehicles to Eastleigh. |

 15th December 2014. DRS 57301 heads 37688 in poor light at Staines Moor as train 6Z68 from Eastleigh to Willesden. The train was late and became much more behind schedule by the time it reached Willesden. It is thought there was an issue with 57301 because when the locos moved from Willesden to Crewe later that day 37688 was leading. |

 9th September 2014. Class 57 Co-Co diesel-electric locomotive 57315 in West Coast Railways livery hauls 31271 and 31466 from Alton to Derby as train 0Z43 as it passes West Byfleet. The two class 31s had taken part in a gala on the Mid-Hants Railway a few days previously. The hole in the front of the class 57 locomotive is where a Scharfenberg coupler has been removed. |

The train is cosmopolitan, in that the locomotive was built in Canada (GM-EMD) for an American owned company (EWS) and now runs for a German-owned company (DBS). The car carrying twin wagons were built in France and run for a French-owned company (STVA). |
