Later that same day the locomotive would leave Wimbledon Park Depot with a class 455 multiple unit sandwiched between the two barrier coaches as train 5L55 to Ilford Depot. From there it took the two barrier coaches to Tonbridge. |

This was train 1Z82 from London Victoria to a water stop at Shalford. Later it would continue its journey back to London via Redhill. |

The wagons are 102 tonne bogie coal hoppers that previously operated between Avonmouth Docks and the East Midlands. They are lettered "Fastline", the name of a now defunct British freight train operator. |

Rebuilt Merchant Navy class locomotive 35028 "Clan Line" approaches Coxes Mill at Addlestone with train 1Z82, the "VSOE Valentine's Day Luncheon Special" on the London Victoria to Shalford via Staines leg of its circular tour. The carriages forming the train were set SL90, which is mostly formed of genuine old Pullman cars. |
