19th March 2008. The first railway photograph in the collection taken with a newly acquired Pentax K11D digital camera. Locomotive 66727 in GBRf blue livery approaches Coxes Mill with train 4Y19 empty gypsum containers from Mountfield in Kent to Southampton. This was something of an international train because the locomotive was made in Canada and the wagons were made in France and were owned by the Swiss wagon hiring subsidiary of a German railway operator. |
