SECR Photo P.
A 4-4-0 passes Offham Box.

SECR Photo P Feedback 1:
The point rodding in the foreground confirms this is a signal box and not just a crossing keeper's house.

SECR Photo P Feedback 2:
Loco is of class G, originally built by Neilson for the GNSR (the same type as LNER  class D40 "Gordon Highlander") but the order was cancelled after construction had begun and the SECR bought them as a stop-gap.

SECR Photo Q.
An unknown junction station.

SECR Photo Q Feedback 1:
The loco to the right of the platform belongs to the LBSCR.  The station name appears to consist of two words on different lines on the name board.

SECR Photo Q Feedback 2:
Location believed to be Hastings station, which was used by trains from the LBSCR.

SECR Photo Q Feedback 3:
It is Hastings.

SECR Photo R.
This is presumed to be luggage sent in advance to a holiday destination on the SECR.

SECR Photo R Feedback:
The location could also be in the London area, for instance with an influx of luggage in advance in connection with the students at Dulwich College.

SECR Photo S.
An unidentified station, but the signalbox beyond the platform may help to identify it.
The locomotive appears to be a Westinghouse brake fitted 2-4-0

SECR Photo S Feedback:
An ex-LCDR locomotive.  The location may be Brixton, Elephant & Castle, Herne Hill or Loughborough Junction.

SECR Photo T.
A 4-4-0 with train.  The fourth and fifth vehicles have clerestory roofs and are of somewhat American appearance, so are assumed to be Pullman cars.  The signal has a round dot on the signal arm, instead of the later vertical white stripe, and the spectacle glasses are mounted slightly below the arm.  The ballast is raised to about the level of the bottom of the rails, so that the sleepers cannot be seen.

SECR Photo T Feedback:
None.
