DB locomotive 66105 stands at the head of
train 6N13 at Claygate station on 13th June 2009. The train ahead
is carrying new ballast and it will soon move forward deeper into the
work area, allowing 66105 to move forward and for the work of unloading
the new concrete sleepers to start. 13th June 2009.
Train 6N13 waits by the freshly laid ballast
for work to begin unloading the new sleepers and placing them in
position.
At the back of train 6N13 was a type YLA
"Mullet" wagon carrying a piece of old rail.

The securing straps on each wagon along the
train are in the process of being undone, so that the Hydrex machine can
unload the new sleepers and place them in position as soon as the train
is allowed to move forward into the work area. The wagon is type
YQA "Parr" number DC 967567. 13th June 2009.
The Hydrex road / rail machine begins it's
task of unloading the new sleepers from train 6N13.
