Electric at their Vulcan Foundry works at Newton-le-Willows as a British
Railways class "JB" engine.
Locomotive 73206 "Lisa" was previously numbered
73123, and was originally number E6030. She too was built by English
Electric at their Vulcan Foundry works at Newton-le-Willows.
The 2nd vehicle in the train was YSA
"Salmon" DB 996649.built by G R Turner for British Railways under
lot 3067.
The 8th vehicle in the train was type YSA
"Salmon" number DB 996312 built by G R Turner under
lot 2615.
The 9th vehicle in the train was type YWA
"Salmon" number DB 996528 built by Teesside Bridge &
Engineering under British Railways lot 3065.
The 10th vehicle on the rear of the train was
TOPS type OCA number 112197.
She was built by British Rail at Shildon in the early 1980s as part of
lot number 4014.
