Narrow Gauge - Beeston Sleeper Works No.1


A narrow gauge line served the sleeper works at Beeston in Nottinghamshire.  This 0-4-0ST steam locomotive was saved for preservation and was photographed in a garden at Didcot in Oxfordshire..

Beeston Sleeper Works "No.1" was built by W G Bagnall of Stafford in 1911 as their works number 1889.
