GBRf class 66 locomotive number 66702 leaves the original South Eastern Railway main line at Tonbridge and rounds the curve towards the incline to Sevenoaks.  The train is composed of type JNA "Falcon" ballast wagons built by Astro Wagone at Arad in Romania and belonging to Network Rail's National Logistics Unit.
   
 
 

Locomotive 66702 brings train 6G13 round the curve towards the base of the incline to Sevenoaks. A class 508 EMU sits in the siding on the left. On the right is Tonbridge signalbox.

The train approaches the signal gantry at Tonbridge.
 


Train 6G13 had earlier run from Hoo Junction to the work site near Headcorn and was now running from there back to Hoo Junction.

The GBRf locomotive 66702 runs into the deep shadow of the cutting and begins the climb to Sevenoaks.
  
 

The last wagon, complete with red tail lamp, runs under the road bridge and enters the two track incline towards the north.
