Former Southern Railway King Arthur class 4-6-0 number 30777 "Sir Lamiel" approaches Coxes Mill with excursion train 1Z96 "The Dorset Coast Express" from London Victoria to Weymouth. The locomotive was built by the North British Locomotive Company of Glasgow in 1925 as their works number 23223. |

![]() 26th July 2010. DB-Shenker locomotive 66025 approaches Tolworth with stone train 7O02 from Acton to Tolworth. The wagons were loaded with stone at the Foster Yeoman quarry at Merehead in Somerset and had been conveyed from there in a "Jumbo" train to Acton, where it was divided into sections to go to the individual unloading points. The TOPS type JHA bogie hopper wagons are owned by Orenstein & Koppel and were build by them in Germany. They are leased to Foster Yeoman and carry the Foster Yeoman logo. |

19th July 2010. Locomotive 66720 "Metronet Pathfinder" is owned by HSBC but operated by GBRf. It is seen hauling the 4Y19 train of empty gypsum containers from Mountfield in Kent to Southampton as it passes The Swamp and approaches Byfleet Junction. This train is unusual as it runs on an "only when required" basis. |

18th July 2010. Former Southern Railway class N15 steam locomotive 30777 "Sir Lamiel" passes through Hersham station hauling train 1Z91 "The Cathedrals Express" from London Waterloo to Yeovil Junction. This type of locomotive was popularly known as the "King Arthur" class due to their names being taken from the stories of King Arthur and the round table. Sir Lamiel was a minor knight who was said to be a great lover. |
